Chet Carlisle Service & Leadership Scholarship

"Chet" Carlisle was a man of distinguished achievement. Drake’s first principal, he also served as superintendent of the Tam District. Earlier, he was an All-American basketball star at U.C. Berkeley and a submarine commander in World War II.
